Soooooooooooooooooo so so so sore on my arms from yesterday's workout. My abs, well they've been sore for like 5 days straight, but man, my arms are just hurting with every move.
Today is running day.
Woohoo!
Here's what i got to do:
Intervals:
Run 45 min. with 3 x (6 min. medium hard, 2 min. easy). Follow with Balance and Bowing
Click the "Balance and Bowing" for link to video on a good stretching routine. Which i will try to do.
I still need to do a circuit workout for today....
