Quick post

This morning, of course, had Greek yogurt with cinnamon and stevia! (If you haven't tried it yet, DO IT NOW)
Lots of water.
Coffee. (Yum) In three or 4 hours, i get more!
Seriously, coffee is good. Or maybe I just like the idea of relaxing with a cup of a black, warm, cup of liquid. I don't know.

Then I went to do Blogilates POP cardio HIIT workout. Its crazy. I used to hate burpees, but they are so awesome now. Hardcore.
Then I did a HIIT routine (8 moves, 1 minute) CRAZY INTENSE.
Then arm workout.
I was pretty darn pooped by the end of that.
Ready to run tomorrow. 7 or 8 miles tomorrow afternoon. Maybe morning. Not sure yet.

Just finished eating a ThinkThin bar. I love it because it uses natural ingredients, no added sugars or syrups, and has 20g of protein. Try one, if you haven't.

Have not posted in a while...

Last week I was busy and was having family time. Still fitted in some workouts.
But...
Now its a new week!! So lets get started!
Sunday I ran 6 miles, and it was great because I hadn't ran in over a week.
Lastnight, I was planning on HIIT workouts and some toning workouts, but instead I went running 5 miles with my dad:) Its going to be raining this week, so I thought I oughta get another run in!

No more school, so I'm going to be working out more each day
So follow along and stay motivated!


Almost CHRISTMAS!!!
Also....the best thing for breakfast is plain Greek yogurt with 0% fat....sprinkle cinnamon and steviain it...HEAVEN!

Healthy hot cocoa...okay, not all the way healthy.

Ever want some hot chocolate but its too sugary, you don't have any, and you want it creamier?
Christmas-y Hot Cocoa
Ingredients

1 cup cup almond milk
handful of mini marshmallows(not to munch on!!)
a mini pack of stevia or however sweet you want it
spoonful of cocoa powder (Unsweetened)
spoonful of vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp of brown sugar and maple syrup
cinnamon
nutmeg

In a small sauce pan, (above Med. heat) add half of the almond milk and half a handful of mini marshmallows. Once those marshmallows are in melting form, ad the rest of the ingredients. Let it simmer and start getting into a good chocolate-y form. Yum. Then, take your blender, pour the liquid in the blender, liquefy/puree the mixture for about 20-30 seconds. You judge. Then it should be very frothy. Pour back in the sauce pan, the rest of the almond milk and rest of marshmallows. Should start becoming thick and delish:) Let it sit on the stove for a couple more minutes. Pour in mug and drink!

Make sure you drink your water tonight too!

This is EXTREMELY important if you are a runner or thinking of taking up running!
How's your posture?
Just think how better your body and bones will be 10 years from now...20 years from now! Don't wanna be humped over! Fix it, if you are...

Long time no post!

So once again I got off the wagon and got lazy with posts. But no worries! I've been keeping up hard with my workouts! Been busy, had a fun Thanksgiving, and bounced BACK WOOHOO!
So how was your Thanksgiving!?
Did you eat too much?
Do you still have a feeling like you need to get rid of food or lose a couple  lbs?
No worries, I have some tips that will get YOU back on track!

First off:
Make sure your drinking half of your body weight in water. Ice cold water raises the metabolism and also debloats you. I did that starting last Monday so I wouldn't be bloated on Thanksgiving. It worked.
2ND:
Try to eat 70% or more of raw food! Eat raw carrots, tomatoes, celery, bellpepper, apples, bananas, berries, etc...do not cook them. EAT THEM RAW. Add a couple tbsp of Hummus to enjoy the veggies more!
I did this on last Sat. and it helped A LOT!
3RD:
Do some stretching, a little running, and........HIIT! (High Intensity Interval Training)

4TH:
Eat 1200 cals. Be restricted. Think how amazing you'll feel if you do it! Make it a goal. Its not that hard. Especially if you think how horrible you ate over the weekend...the football games and all + TG.
Lastly: Go for a walk, sleep, and work your abs.
Tell me...how wonderful you feel after a week or just 5 days.

Monday and Tuesday

Monday, last day of school before the break.
I hung out with my family but made sure to quit eating before 7pm and i was drinking tons of water. You don't even know how amazing i felt yesterday morning when i woke up.
Tuesday, i woke up, cooked myself a protein pancake, quite larger than normal...then i did an arm circuit, ran 1 mile and 1/2 in my new asics...then i did the Tone It Up "Flatten abs and burn calories workout circuit". Amazing workout. Was sweating like crazy.
Lunch consisted of organic carrots and organic baby plum tomatoes with hummus. I cleaned all day and even fit in the best ab circuit ever -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6ZTzUEtPTI
Had a snack @ 3 which was the best thing everrrrrrrrrrrr--greek yogurt, stevia, and cinnamon mixed together. YUMMMM!
Then dinner was healthy pizza crust.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1tbsp flax seed ground
1/4 cup of oats.
Got it from Blogilates.com
Then i warmed up some spaghetti sauce and lathered it all over my pizza crust. YUM.
And i drank a lotttttttttttt of water also. Towards the end of the day the water got boring so i put some squeezed lime juice in it. Delish.
Today......its either a long run or workouts. Don't know yet. Off to breakfast now!

Where did I go?

Monday...i rocked out and exercised really well.
Tuesday...i did a workout and then ran 2 miles.
WED-FRI i did not feel good and did nothing.
But........Alll week I have been eating 1200 calories. The days I didnt exercise, I ate so goooooooooood! I feel amazing!
Today though...was great.
I ran for 1 hr and 30 min , stopped every now and then. I mostly had to stop because my feet were hurting. I HAVE TO GET NEW SHOES. Thinking about the NEWBALANCE 890 or the Lunar Glide...
Anyway, now i'm eating this.
And its sooooooooooo good. I was hesitant to bite into it but its so YUMMY!
And Starbucks is having buy one get one free on their hot Christmas drinks.
I got the skinny peppermint mocha and received a free one.
Its 2-5pm and ends tomorrow.
Go get something! Make sure you run first!
