Halloween dinner.


Protein pumpkin pancake! PPP! LOL! The whole recipe is 211 calories. I got the recipe from http://blogilates.com/ ! Check it out!
Today's workout i did:
  • 1 hour workout..I did 'the bikini blast circuit', 'the bikini strap' workout, and the 'flatten your abs with just 5 moves' workout...I'm sweating like crazy. Great way to start off the week!...Now time for veggies!
