Yesterday's workout was the same as last tuesdays.
Ran a 10 min mile for 2 miles.
Then stopped, got water, stretched...then i started on my next two miles.
Ran 6 min hard and fast, then slowed for 2 min and repeated that 3 times!
Today its a circuit workout...don't know which one yet and 40 minutes of running!
