Hey Guys!
So I almost didn't workout, but i decided that I needed to because it is important to workout at least 6 days of the week! So this is the 6th day i think.....this week.
Anyway here is what i did! And I AM TIRED!
Sand castle wortkout!
POP CARDIO HIIT
I'm so done for the day. I'm going to be so tired. But right now, I'm going to do 20 PLIE squats with 10 pulses to make sure I know i finished off good. Then a 20 second plank. So go do your workout today! Go run! Go accomplish something!
