And i need help from you guys to keep me on track. This will be crazy crazy business here.
I decided to train for A 10 MILE race.
I would like to race the Red Nose 10 mile Run...

YEAH, I know the difference between a 10K and a 10 mile run...but Athleta doesn't have a 10 mile training plan. So i'll just use the 10k training plan.
I'm really looking forward to it...And next week's 70% raw food diet again...
So...do you have any new goals?
