Lastnight i ran/walked 4 miles and it was all mostly hills....So tired when i got home! Today, nope....but in the morning I'm running for 50 minutes and doing the Tone It Up beach babe workout plus an ab workout. Tonight i might do an arm workout...I just don't know if i'll have time. Having family time...! Scary old movies and popcorn all huddled up together!
Sounds like a plan to me.
