Saturday's Workout!

Woke up this morning. Got ready. Ate a medium gala apple w/ tbsp organic peanutbutter.
Drank water and coffee and went running for 50 min w/o stopping.

Then i came home, got out my laptop, went outside, turned on this circuit workout-> Beach babe circuit 
Felt great afterward.
