You have raisin bran? You have pecans? Okay good.

If you have raisin bran and pecans, you probably have the rest of the items needed for the recipe.
So heres the recipe!

Instructions
1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, stir together raisin bran cereal, milk and honey. Let it sit for like 3 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.

4. Bake at 400°F about 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm. (It took mine 22min)

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour-(You can use any other kind of flour substitute. Your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar/or stevia
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups raisin bran cereal
  • 1 1/4 cups milk/or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey/or real maple syrup/or agave
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil/or applesauce
 Now if you want them to be super pretty and even tastier for all the people eating them---you can add a pecan streusal topping. Its super easy. Here's the recipe->

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour $
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted $
  • 3/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Preparation  

  1. Stir together flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and chopped pecans. It should be crumbly and just evenly put a little on top of each muffin before you stick it in the oven.
